Do You Mountain Bike?

From http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=379871

A few of us were out at JMP today and there were several singletrack trails that someone had placed large tree limbs and/or rocks across the trails to create blocks. Cinderella had the most obstacles but other trails did as well. We rode a significant amount of the singletrack there today and cleared the naturally and 'unnaturally' caused blocks. You may want to ride a bit more conservatively until all these are cleared.

There was a lot of debris from the last storm and we cleared some bad sections of that. Park Service removed the downed tree on the trail to Two Dollar Hill but there are still a few more trees down. Be safe!

Rode a few loops of JMP today -- trails were free of debris. No obstacles on Sunset, Sequoia Bayview or Cinderella.

Trails are for the most part nice and dry (with the few muddy spots and puddles) but Cinderella was GREAT!:)

Thurs. Double Loop of W/E Ridge.

Leave Parking lot at 4:00 (or a teeny bit after). Finish second loop just before dark?
I want to squeeze in a ride, but everything in my neighborhood is still too sticky, or thrashed by cows.

I may meet you guys for the second loop. Since you're gonna be in the neighborhood, do you want to swing by and pick up some goodies while you're there? If I come ride, I'll bring the stuff to you :)

I am not going to make it tomorrow.

Fell at the skatepark (again) and the knee is too tender to get me up the hill to Eastridge. Going for a flat long road ride instead.
Sorry for the last minute bailout.
I'm not skating for a few weeks to see if the bone bruise goes away:(

Doh! I'll do loops around Sears in road riding solidarity. I fell yesterday too, dirt is more forgiving. :teeth

I'll be at JMP today ~2pm doing several loops of Cinderella on the Enduro:teeth

EDIT: Looks like Tamarancho is the option.

What time are you planning on doing Tamarancho?

Right now, I think road miles are gonna benefit my mountain biking more than anything else, so most of my weekend will be spent on skinny tires. We may sneak our way over to Tamarancho sometime Saturday afternoon tho.

I'm staying close to home this weekend, so I will be riding Chabot if anyone wants to come along Saturday.

I'd be down for a east bay roadie pukefest, but the gal is Dirt only right now.
Lets all race CCCX on Sunday in the beginners!!! kinda like a group ride, kinda not. I need to break down race stigma, ie. dive in and have fun.
