overshare, man. over. share.

i use to drink chocolate milk like a mofo when i was a kid. now if i drink it, it makes me queazy

It's alright. Better as a food enhancer like with coffee, cookies and cereal than by itself. It leaves a sour taste in my mouth, so I usually have to brush my teeth and hit the Listerine right after having some.

Almond Milk FTW.

Here's what some doc at Seton had to say about it a bunch of years ago: http://www.notmilk.com/kradjian.html

Wow.

I had no idea.

I am done with milk.

I was going to call you names for posting that Silk crap in the egg nog thread, but obviously you're a smarter man than me.
I mean...when it comes to milk.

Now I have to decide what to do about cheese and ice cream.

:teeth

In an interesting aside, Casey Stoner's illness last year was due to sever lactose intolerance. Normally it wouldn't cause a lot of problems, but due to his level of physical effort, apparently it really messed him up.

Made his exhaust smell funny.

Never liked milk, don't drink it. Will have it with cereal, but pour out the excess.

I don't really dislike milk, but had bad experiences with sour milk, so I don't drink it. Every now and then I will buy it if I have a strong hankering for cereal. There has to be at least five days left on the expiration date, and I will give it the smell test after I open the container. It only stays in the fridge for two days after opening it, then it gets poured down the drain. And like you, I pour out the excess after putting it on my cereal.

when I was at the gym 9 days/week in college and had the all you can eat meal plan I probably had about 1600 calories of fat free milk/day.
12ish glasses

I drink raw milk. Shit is awesome!

That article is seriously flawed. Modern milk that has been pasteurized from slave-cows is disgusting. Grass-eating, roaming, fuck whenever/wherever cows make great milk (raw). Read up on it. Lactose intolerant mofos can drink it. Wonder whyyyyy?

"...Milk is not just milk. The milk of every species of mammal
is unique and specifically tailored to the requirements of
that animal. For example, cows' milk is very much richer in
protein than human milk
. Three to four times as much. It has
five to seven times the mineral content. However, it is
markedly deficient in essential fatty acids when compared to
human mothers' milk. Mothers' milk has six to ten times as
much of the essential fatty acids, especially linoleic acid.
(Incidentally, skimmed cow's milk has no linoleic acid). It
simply is not designed for humans."

Utter BS, when you are drinking raw cow's milk. It has lots of EFA's.
