East Bay Area Photo Tag

I would say within 24 hours if there needs to be a rule, but I am also against using a picture that was taken prior to getting to the location. Once I figure out how to mobily upload a pic to teh barfs, I will probably post up from the same ride. The downside is then people are more likely to pick a location that is very close to the last, greatly reducing the amount of new roads that we might otherwise be exposed to.

+1

We don't want locations that are just around the corner from the previous one. 24 hours might be a lot but it should be treated as the longest time one can take. How about this, after 24 hours, somebody else can post up a picture.

Too many rules like that is not something I agree with--contrary to the spirit of the game. But y'all do what you want.

I vote that Nemo started thread and should get final say on rules.

Otherwise, it will get highjacked into an argue-fest.We have to keep some damn order here.:laughing

The actual spot....

IMG_5316.jpg

Right across the street from the actual spot as an additional pic.

Go ride Berryessa after. You will thank me later.

Technically?!

Pish-posh.

The East Bay is not and never has been a part of the North Bay, fuzzy green paint on some map notwithstanding and IRregardless. (And yeppers, that's a clue. :p)

(But of course the more salient one is: Where does frozenuts work?)

(Honestly it is soooo much more fun playing while seated at my Powerbook!)

Since it seems that the first spot did not count...

If you are afraid to leave the "east bay" the 45 seconds that is the actual destination (which was within the highlighted section), you can meet me at the new, improved, easy to get to, no adventure needed location wednesday and buy me a beer.

No takers on that one either?

Hmmm....

How about someone just PM me their address, and I will ride over and do the pic there? That way, you don't even have to ride anywhere to take the baton....

What makes you think it was at Skips......

Shhhhhhhh. You will ruin the suprise......

i can't get the pics from my stupid phone onto a comp, or i'd take the freebie.
speaking of that, anyone know how to get pics from a metro pcs messenger 2 onto a comp? i have a card, but i can't seem to move pics from memory to the card, and the goddamned cord doesn't do dick. comp says it don't recognize the hardware, and samsung's driver page leaves me clueless....

You need to go to the phone settings menu and find something that says "usb mass storage".

no usb storage choice. i just changed my memory info/save options/images to card memory, so any pics i take from here on out should be on my sim card.
but i've got a few on the phone i'd like to get onto my computer.
i think i may have to suck it up, and pay an extra fee to e-mail the pics to myself. one of the drawbacks to being a cheap bastard, i guess.

Take three.....

I am just going to go ahead and provide a clue.... People that live here and motorcyclists are the only people that know where the hell this is. Google effing maps can not find this building that houses federal employees that for a small fee will deliver a letter to your grandma whether they live over the river and through the woods or simply in a CANYON somewhere.

I'm pretty sure I know where that is and I even met someone who works there. Before I go out I want to ask if by any chance this place is close to a school?

looks like it's pretty close to a post office :teeth

if it's where I think it is, google says it's in Orinda? :dunno

I'm 100% sure where it is. I just won't have time to go there until Saturday.
