I'm usually in Oregon when this rally takes place, but the annual trip was moved back a few weeks so I made a quick run up to check it out.
Got to see some known faces and meet some new faces.
CrazyCooter's Saturday loop was just about perfect!
Loved the night winds at Modoc Fairgrounds - not sure why SFMCJohn kept that a secret from me

the silver lining to the pre-gen KLR sudden hard-starting onset, is it got me home on my 16th wedding anniversary—covering me with domestic-bliss glory.

somehow on the way home the exact reason for cutting the planned 12-day trip short by a couple daze wasn’t clearly communicated.

rigorous honesty is always the best policy, but I have to admit that in this instance I’ve allowed the misconception to go un-corrected.

see how long I can bask in undeserved wedded-bliss before someone here blows my cover with the sad truth …
