I think the DMV is still trying to figure this out. Where it is posted "no motor vehicle" as is the Fort Ord property next to Laguna, I am sure you could still get ticketed. ...as could a motorized bicycle.

Baylands would be boring. Gotta go to SDF.

baylands is just a hypothetical. there is a "terrain park" out past shoreline amphitheater that would be fun for 20 minutes.

i'm betting the presence or absence of pedals, similar to a moped vs scooter, will be a defining line

Ooh...like a starter clutch. Somebody must make a nice small starter clutch. Groove the shaft of your pedals and remember to mount one of the clutches backwards ('sir, why are you pedaling forward and backward at the same time?')

Both those guys have their faces...Got any pictures of motorcycle riders that had face plants on pavement?

Someone might post a picture of a full face helmet that has the area's marked in percentages, where impacts are.

The front, is serious...So I'm inclined to be serious.

I've seen those fore sale. They are pretty expensive. And I must have Dept of Transpo approval. Da goument is so smart.
 
The riders with those jet fighter/helicopter helmets remind of that show in the 80's(Riptide, maybe?); with the two detectives that rode on a scooter together lol.

And...Even if you watched trials... Ever see one of the competitors, wear any helmet that was the size of a Jet fighter pilots?
