Fired for Riding Moto to Work

didn't have to read very far to find what I expected.

"Members will conduct themselves in a respectful manner."

I'll have to use "perhaps" the next time I want to insult someone.

Thanks all for your comments :) Update: Still working for same agency, but for another client now as I was still fired with the first. New client respects the bike. Ride it to every shift. Agency still owes back pay and non-responsive to emails and phone calls. Plan to speak to attorney regarding back-pay owed to virtually all employees of another agency, which I have worked for for several years at the same time. Wish me luck.

get one of these. tell them its not a motorcycle

You don't necessarily need an attorney to pursue back pay owed you. Most attorneys will lay out if it's practical to retain them in conversation, but this is all you need to get started.

Why are you working for the "same agency" if they owe you back pay and don't respond to your emails or phone calls?

And who is the "another" agency?

^^^Should probably let the OP answer, but I assume the "agency" places assistants with a needy individual, the "client." And that client has say over whether they want to stick with the particular caretaker or not. Although, I wouldn't want to be working for an agency that doesn't go after your back pay.
