No it's just that normally when someone is unhappy about an attack on the 1a, or any amendment, it's because they have great respect for the constitution and of course in order to be consistent, you'd want to feel similarly about all amendments.

And I do.![]()
Okay, well...you know, the fifth and all that.
Indeed. Silly Man, do you think I am implying it is the Police who should be resolving the problem of looters? I am not.
The 5th Amendment is quite clear.
No person shall be deprived of property without due process of law.
If you try to take my property, without first gaining the right to take said property in a court of law. The owner of said property has every right to kill the thieves in the process of stealing it. Very simple.
In a perfect world, every brick through a window would be immediately responded to by a bullet to the brain of the offender who threw it. That is the perfect society.
Yeah well passing a fake twenty to a business is stealing. I guess Floyd got what he deserved.
That's not going to end well for the property owner.....nowadays!
Of course I'm interested if it's sincere, though I question whether or not it's a road worth going down if it's based on "The owner of said property has every right to kill the thieves in the process of stealing it. Very simple." because as stated it is neither correct, nor simple, at which time I'd checkout and let you sort it out with one of the resident leo's.
As previously mentioned, we're all one and same.
It certainly is not the Michigan Riders Forum.

If that were true, what would there be to protest about?

The same thing all this protesting is actually about, Class Justice. It is funny most people don't seem to realize this is not about race. It is a class justice struggle hidden in a racial disguise so it will fail.
The first time around, they flipped the script on BLM, the smear machine came out and executed a plan very effectively.if it fails it will be due to the same challenges the civil rights movement faced ‘OH NO...SCAREY MILITANT BLACK PEOPLE!’. which is a fucking absurd deflection on the face of it.
I hate to admit that it took me a sec to understand that BLM = Black Lives Matter. In my head, BLM = Bureau of Land Management.
For a second there, I kept wondering if I missed a story another group of white guys with rifles making a stand on some BLM property.
Nah, Government backs down when those happen. They know who to actually be afraid of, lol.
