Everyone hates the food, they're rude to the customers (some friends/family around here have had runins with them -- my inlaws live around the corner). They don't have supporters. Not in any meaningful way, anyway.

This isn't a case of this being some sort of sneaky PR, they're just no good at running this business, but they don't have to be if it's a front.

What a train wreck in progress. I enjoy watching Ramsey. He's harsh, but usually right on target. He's usually able to turn owners around. Sammy needs to save some money to send Amy back to school. Her culinary career seems headed towards to curb. Damn. :thumbdown
 
ramsey is picking low hanging fruit.

restaurant is usually in a good location.
the place usually is serving frozen food, in unsanitary conditions, with out dated decor.

he just tells them:
- serve good food
- keep it clean
- update your interior
- give your employees more responsibility and expect them to perform
- fire the slackers

it's astonishing so many owners don't understand these basics.
 
They are now just short of 55,000 'likes' on their FB page. What's funny is that they probably think that all of the people that 'liked' their page are supporters.
 
I'm just waiting for reports of a large group of reddit/yelp ppl trolling the place, ordering everything all at once. Well that's if the place is even still open now.
