What he did was in amazingly poor taste. It seems to fit within his MO. And as you've observed, making as ass of oneself, executing poor judgement, or being racist isn't against the TOS.

I'm unable to follow the logic that my post responding to Peter means that I think JTS's post was OK.

I can see how you may think that I'm protecting JTS. Please take a step back for a second. There are 2 BARFers that consistently berate 1 other BARFer over an event that took place years ago. If there were other similar actions and behaviors involving different people, you would find me posting and creating a thread about them too. I'm sure you saw the thread I started a few weeks ago.
