good motorcycle attorney?

Sherry Gendelman's practice is so. SF, but the attorney is Hitasha Mowry.

she kept postponing the trial date, just outside of one year. Her strategy worked.

Thanks for the follow-up. Great news.
Cop was a no-show?

Well, since I'm late to this party apparently... :rofl

Did the officer "not have his notes"? Since we're not required to keep them for over a year? What did the attorney cost ya?

Speedy trial argument? When I went through my ordeal, which was dismissed, they were sure concerned about that one. :laughing

I don't know if the LEO didn't show, or if he didn't have his notes, but I seriously doubt he forgot my traffic stop. gal on a liter bike, that he thought was evading, even though he never turned on his light bar or sirens? and followed me 11 miles to pull me over (I got off at my exit and was waiting at a red light oblivious.)

If I do find out I'll let ya'll know. the ticket would be about $900, the attorney charges based on the distance of the courthouse from their So. SF offices, so SF courthouse is $200. Fremont (my location) $400.

13 months from the date of the ticket, so something like $30/month.

I'd gladly shell out $400 to make just a single point violation disappear, let alone a double. Good stuff. Now quit running from the popo

Plus the extra cost of insurance if the ticket had gone through. Sounds like the attorney was well worth it.:thumbup

^ forgot about Ins.

So, the LEO didn't show up. case dismissed due to 'no complaining witness'.

i'm glad things worked out for OP. that being said, characterizing an officer as evil because he stubbed a traffic offender for a violation that she doesnt deny occurred is childish....even for a bitter old blue hair such as yourself

^ The purpose of the thread was NOT to claim, prove or declare my guilt or innocence. It was to gather recs of good attorneys.

But you are mistaken with your assumption of guilt per this particular violation.

But I do agree with you Kevin, there's no need to villianize anyone, or sink to name calling. It is what it is.
