ohh i think i remember that too... the irish cop said that right. ill check it out tonight....

ive been neglecting my friends. so im gonna spend some time doin that and what not...
 
All you have to complete to start the police missions is maybe the first Brucie mission. Maybe you don't even have to complete that, maybe it's only when you actually get the instructions for accessing the police computers.

To access the police computer on the PS3, when stopped in a police car hit L1 (same button you do drive-bys with) and from there you should be able to figure it out.

Oh, and pigeons...I'm 40something percent done with the game, haven't killed ONE pigeon yet, I think it'd take me forever to find all 200!

Steal a cop car and access the computer. You can check the wanted lists and track em down from there. You might have to complete some of the storyline before you can do this though, I recall one of the cut scenes mentioning how the cops will pay to have criminals snuffed out. Dunno though.

If you host a game you can choose which weapons you want in it. For example I did a game where only gernades and molotovs were allowed...pretty funny. Yes I have a bluetooth, but not everyone does. It comes in helpful when you're on a team online...

haha dont feel bad, they are hard to see. i see them by accident...

my buddy said he was in this big shootout and threw a grenade and killed a pigeon somehow. lol...

there are maps for the pigeon locations, i just dont wanna cheat. yet.
 
I found a pigeon by accident while sniping the old hospital for Elisabeta's coke. I saw something moving and zoomed in and voila!! my first dead pigeon. lol


I was sniping from outside the fence so the bird is at the front middle of the bldg at the top floor.
 
does anyone know how to complete the car jacking missions for stevie. he sent me a pic message of the bike he wants, so i go get it and nothing... i tried taking it to brucies shop but the door doesnt open

You can not just get a bike or a care "like" the one he wants.
The ones that he wants in specific locations. You can find them by luck , but it is very unluckely.
You need to look up a map online with vehicle positions.
or get a book:)

Took me a while to figure it out (Google 4tw) but you jack the car and then take it to the garage marked on the map. Its up there on the small north island near one of your safehouses.
 
i'm having trouble on the part where niko needs to go underneath the helicopter to follow dimitri. everytime i'm heading towards it, the heli flys away and i fail the mission. wtf i'm already hauling ass in the boat too but all the time i'm off by a few feet or i tend to hit the heli
 
BEST ONLINE GAME EVER:

GAME: free mode
FRIENDLY FIRE: off
WEAPONS: RPGs

in this mode firing a rocket at your friend will NOT hurt them! their body will just fly through the air and bounce off stuff... maybe even landing on a rooftop. sure bouncing off stuff hurts, but you can typically be launched in this fashion 4-5 times before dying... and then you just respawn with another RPG in hand!

no i found the bike he wanted after the text/pic message he sent me. it was quite easy since he gave me the intersection lol

got it.. i also think the car/bike needs to be in oerfect condition also...

for those into stunt jumps. the unfinished highway to the left of that garage is badass! lol

i can beat the game but im tryin to do lots of side mission stuff so when i complete it im close to 100 %.

working on bettering my relationships with my friends atm....

Only if you are want to get max price. Othervice as long as it rolled into the garage you're good.
Even if you tottaled it , just go back it will be there.
 
just beat the game a couple days ago.. now i'm just doing some side 'assassin' missions and killing all the most wanted guys in the city.

oh and forgot to mention, i finally found out how to pick up hookers
 
what percentage complete do you have? Just wondering...im at 64% and I havent beaten it yet
 
somewhere around that (66%) i think.

what was the last mission you did?


edit: i noticed that kiki got mad at me and she disappeared from my list of contacts :( apparently she found out about my ho's and left me. now i dont have anyone to call to clear my wanted level
