How do you manage having multiple bikes?

It's like 255 plus all the cables..... :(

Tell me why I can't connect several batteries/bikes to one Tender using this gizmo?

http://www.amazon.com/NOCO-ISCC2-5-..._bxgy_1_p?ie=UTF8&refRID=0DJS7RJ1EST03MNXF2RW

The 4 bank tender is only $145 from Jegs. :dunno and the 25 foot leads are only $13/each from Amazon.

I don't know why you couldn't use the four way splitter but I don't know how the single battery tender can effectively monitor four batteries on one channel. Maybe the microchip will figure it out. I wouldn't rely on it unless I called the Manufacuter.

I would only use that on brand new batteries of the same type. What will happen is the battery with a higher charge state (say 12.5 volts instead of 12.4 volts) will charge the other battery until all 4 batteries are the same voltage.

I always had at least 2 street bikes (winter/touring - summer/sports), & a couple dirt bikes. Dependent on where I was working, I either could, or could not, afford this.

After forced retirement, I had to let almost everything go except one bike. I still hate myself for that, but I could couldn't afford a ZX12R sitting in the garage due to the insurance costs. So I settled on the ZRX1200 as a "do everything bike."

To me, it's what you can afford. I have a well-off bud who has at least 18 bikes, couple airplanes, etc. IF I had his money, I'd do the same...

Still miss my "Beastie" (what I called the ZX12R), it was a hell of a Hyperbike...:cry

I 'spose that 4 bank tender would be useful if all your batteries were somewhat similar.
I have a Shorai in my Bonneville, a Yuasa in my F4i, and an Odyssey in the BMW, and it's my understanding that the Shorai and Odyssey require lower current to charge.

I am interested in a SM now, though, so ...

In the meantime....

I ride all of them pretty regularly, though, so having one tender seems like enough.
