Very touching. Have you considered not getting pulled over? Not to put too fine a point on it, but if you got a ticket in Florida, drove in California without a license, and got pulled over by the CHP where they could find out about your non-licensed status, that would seem to imply something negative about your driving/riding style.

I know a woman in Carmel Valley that got one riding a horse from one corral to another on the lightly traveled road I've attached a pic of, you can even see the corral...
When I heard the story I couldn't help but laugh, and I asked her why didn't she use the classic joke "Ask the horse, he knows where he's going." Of course, I'm sure I wasn't getting the whole story from her, i.e. did she mouth off to the sheriff, did she fall off the horse, was the horse weaving (how can you tell?)...

Want to hear my idea on how to stop graffiti.???

Grafitti solved with paintball guns.
Allow individual to be licensed to hunt at night with paintball guns mounted with cameras. No reward. They just get the satisfaction of nailing someone that is destroying public property or your personal property.
Think of the technology that would be developed. Night vision googles, long sniper rifles, stealth guns, camouflage technology etc all for the betterment of your community.
I know a lot of people who would love a little urban hunting with paintball guns.
