Some of them. My brother was telling me about one of his friends that has to go through "Millennial Training" at work to deal with some of them. Their not all that way, but there is a lot of them who are.
My kids say "ma'am" "sir" "please" and "thank you". My son holds the door for his sister, his mom (I gave him shit for not holding the door for her last time we were in court), his aunt's and grandmother's. Treating people right is generally a learned behavior. There's a whole lot of "I got mine" being taught.
Not really sure why people think modern dating is so wack, yea I suppose its different but not really in a bad way. I've probably done 50+ dating app dates while I was available, my 2 cents:

A drink doesn't mean coffee, you're not teenagers hanging out at starbucks next to the cinema. Go find a place that is open in the evening hours, is dimly lit, and serves alcohol. You pay for her drink, and maybe several. If you are dating at your proper rung in the ladder, there is a 98% chance she is not going to bang you. If you regularly bang on the first date, it means you are slumming it and have no standards.

You just try them out. Each has a slightly different dynamic and demographic. For instance, Tinder is basically just a free-for-all and you meet people with all sorts of agendas and expectations. Coffee Meets Bagel is a vetting ground for attractive women who have decided that they need to find "the one" yesterday. OKQ is for people that like to write letters to each other like its 17th century England.

Chivalry is bullshit. It's the chevalier code. None of you are knights. You never were, never will be. Women can be revered or respected but not both at the same time. Equality comes with a lack of being put on a pedestal. Finally, chivalry assumes women need saving.
