MIchelin Power Pure street tires

word. Havent tried the BT016's, but the Pures readily triangulate themselves, and when this happens, typically the tip in is noticeably more resistant, and once past the center compound the suckers just really wants to fall the hell in.

Meh, there was always something off about the old pilot powers. Ever been riding on those when the rear tire decided to start sloooowly sliding out, turn after turn? I can't figure out what makes it do that.

Well, I got the tires mounted yesterday morning and went on a ride on Palomares, Niles Canyon, and Foothill.

Here is my comprehensive and long thought out review, given my less than dazzling ride pace, of the performance of the Michelin Power Pure tires over the previous set of Bridgestone BT-016s

--- I'm not good enough to ride the tires hard enough to tell if there is any significant difference... ---

The End

Oh! Just to make this post more valuable. Cycle gear is having a sale at the end of this month on BT-016s and Dunlop Qualifier Q2s... Each set is $204, or somewhere around there.

Even though I still have the almost new spare set of BT-016s still in the garage. I think I'll buy a set of the Q2s to keep and eventually try out. I think the regular price for either of those sets is well over $300.
