Hmmm, I guess you could buy two jugs, the legal red one to take to the gas station and then you could transfer that gas into your renegade jug at home.

I think you’re way overthinking it. The CARB Fuel Jug Task Force was disbanded in 2018. Fill the outlaw jug at a gas station and you’ll be just fine. Just make sure you take proper safety precautions regarding static electricity, spillage, etc...

If you ride dirt, it's been a problem on occasion at the parks. They just roll through the staging areas and make it rain.

Who is issuing these citations and what sections are being cited? I've never heard of this and I see the white gas jugs in vehicles headed to prairie city.

It was tongue in cheek. I'm just pointing out the game. Many people still don't know about it.

Think it's more like being cited for jaywalking where it's obviously a joke, but every now and again it happens. The closest I've come is coming back to the truck and someone next to me said I just missed them coming around, but those were warnings. I've had a CHP mention it at the gas station, but he didn't care and was just being informative.
