Henry Coe State Park. Dunne Rd.
It's 12 miles to the top. The twistiness and steepness of this road rival Mt Hamilton Rd, and it's a nice change of scenery.
Looks like it's still good for a another couple of runs up Mt Ham.

A little factoid. The red bike way down there is Rudy's. I met him last Sunday at The Junction where we chatted it up a bit. Right where I took this photo he happened to be walking up the stairs. A bit of a strange coincidence.

The Junction today around noon? It was very crowded when I came back through on my way back but didn't stop for pics.
There was a "vintage" crowd mostly Nortons. There were a few more than this. I saw them going up as I was coming down from the Observatory.
The Lick Observatory (again, love this ride!!!)

Here I am trying to get the Radar Station on Mt Umunhum. You can see the little square on top of the mountain off in the distance (if you look close). I was there yesterday. Curious how many miles it would be as the crow flies???
Coming back. This dude won't last long unless he gets out of the road.
Looks like another Mines Road victim. Hope the rider is OK. This looks like it was a good place to miss a turn up there.
