These places are home for me. I like your perspective and catches, especially the fog. Sometimes timing is everything. The bike looks great!

Pretty funny. I had not seen your post. On the way up today I saw the witch so I made a special effort to stop on the way down today for the same shot.

Thanks! If you look "down" at the SuperDuke 990 from 11 o'clock to 1 o'clock angle (almost head on), it looks like a fat hunchback, not pretty, so it's a matter of showing off its good sides. The rear 3/4 view shows off the angular body panels well; it reminds me of the stealth fighter.

When the sun goes in and out of the clouds like today, you get to see some dramatic lighting effects.

I was heading toward Livermore and turned around to get the cool witch shot. kpke's angle shows off the witch better than mine.
