Short but awesome ride today! It was sunny and dry after the rain in San Jose, but wet, cold, and later dark, up on Skyline.

Around 5:40pm, Skyline (35), 3 miles north of Black Rd.

Light rain started to turn into ice crystals.

Skyline, south of Black Rd, toward Bear Creek Rd.

Not far down Bear Creek Rd from Skyline, toward 17. Around 6:20pm. Road closed here. Bigger snow flakes were coming down.

That’s a nice shot!

I couldn’t figure out how to compose the photo at that spot to do the view justice; took some shots but wasn't satisfied with the results. It’s good to get inspirations from others.

I generally try to showcase the “road". Sometimes the scenery is too good to pass up.
