Late yesterday, I got THE idea,
West Coast beaches need to be returned to Wilderness Status, full length.
No built anything, Hwy 1 has to go natural,
To the tune of 3 to 5 miles inland.
Roads, homes, power plants, refineries, marinas, military bases, shore line, in, all gone.
Walking only no horses, beasts of burden.
Haul your surf boards, shanks mare, 5 miles to water, for that PURE experience.

I believe there are two beach access ramps, maybe three, Pismo to Oceano

I'm seeing more issues with Cal. State parks, last nites news.
Testimony from LAFD, about hot spots left to simmer, then didn't want to leave it.
