I don't see the point in the Zen garden anymore. I'm up to 600k again, without paying real $$, and I've already bought everything you can buy with coins.

Nope, no point, except to keep playing a game and challenging each other.

However I did just watch the trailer for the new one. I saw four new plants. A boomerang, a fighter, 4-pod shooter, and if you ever played garden defense it looks like the blue 50pt one. Did I miss any?

You beat the adventure mode, but what about all of the achievements?
