That BSA engine is one of the most beautiful engines ever designed, IMO,
and I'd love to have that Kawasaki in my garage ... arty

I recall that the GPz550 was a bit of a game changer ...
we certainly thought they were cool ...
also seem to remember guys crashing them
pretty ugly on the street when they were new ... arty

Game changer

I have articles and mags from "the day" where they were all fired up about it. One said "the first 3 rows of the grid" and such. It's a conversation starter most places I show up with it.

The motorcyclist article talks about the game changer and how it compared to a 10 year newer bike.
