Saw two dogs inside whole foods one German Hairy Shepherd was "leashed" but no one was holding the leash, it was draped on a cart.

I'm torn about dogs in stores. Lady had her mini dog loose in the dollar store, dog was peeing on everything. I told her about it and she shrugged her shoulders. It made me hate the Bay Area, Marin and all these entitled twats.
