I am actually getting a whole pig in the next week or two. It's at the butcher right now. I already have some guanciale curing and plan on making some salami.

I was going to do my own butchering because it's fun. But it's also a lot of work and I don't have the time for that right now. Also, I can't really stand up for more than like three minutes right now.

@Kurosaki my friend since middle school moved in. He made delicious food yesterday but he's a fucking horrible roommate and you have my full sympathy as you deal with your roomie.

Very short term. It's little stuff but it impacts quality of life. He basically invited himself to stay here short term after his world tour and I Was like, "OK." Now that he is here it's clear he is not used to considering other people around him and I hate it. Especially as he's not a paying roommate and he told me he would help out around the house.

Just in the morning I made it up this road in NV without chains so I was feeling pretty rad about myself. Three times spinning in place in the parking lot after that, reversing, cross-sloping, going up again and perfect

Sucks... Well some people are just not experienced with/haven't been roommates. I guess it gets harder with age for everyone

Nate, your case is different. you stayed here for a night and you always have my back.

The other roomie is a dream: has brought me coffee in bed every morning since I returned home. Makes my oatmeal. Cleans up after my dinner cooking messes and keeps the house spotless.

The new one? Urine drops on the bathroom floor which means I no longer use that bathroom because yuck. Shaved and left his whiskers in the sink. Went shopping and left his empy bags and a receipt on the counter. Leaves the bathtub on the "shower on" position which is punishable by death as far as I am concerned. He has a job interview today. I hope it goes well. Otherwise I am going to ask him to go to his parents house.
