I don’t think working on carbs is a problem. All it takes is the proper tools and some bit of knowledge. And a bit more knowledge if you are rejetting.I don't think anyone likes working on carbs. It's a necessary evil.![]()
Sometimes one can make that job easier. On my Suzuki, I got rid of the stock air box and replaced it with K&N pods. And I used socket head cap screws on the rubber boot clamps and the various carb screws. I made some other modifications that I’ve mostly forgotten about and I could have my carbs out in about five minutes. ‘Came in real handy when I was atCC Products, using their dyno.Working on carbs themselves is easy, it's taking them on and off five hundred times that gets old!
