Yay, the Passpo Jupiter USB CD player works after all.

The thought it did not because the Mazda CX30 did not show USB as a source by just plugging the player into the USB slot but it did 20 seconds after a CD is inserted and spools up.

So if you have anyone interested in a plug and play USB only CD player that works in a car this is it.

AAARGH. I am trying to re-register Fuckboy and can't because of the accident. I explained to the DMV nerds that I do not live in CA, just keep the bike registered there. Looks like I will need to make a trip to Yreka to visit the friendly CHiPpies there and the DMV.

She should get a smart charger like a Battery Tender. I have the 5 amp one sitting on the table in my breakfast nook. I have pig tails on both vehicles and a couple of 25 foot extension cords for the DC circuit. Going through a window. I simply plug the charger into one or the other extension cords. Keeps my batteries in tip top shape.
