Bolt caught a vole/gopher this morning about 10:45, played with it for 45 minutes before it died. Of course he had to bring it in the house to play with it.

left wallet in coffee shop
left car keys in coffee shop after picking up wallet left in coffee shop
had pain treatment performed on back and neck-begged for an MRI since neck makes disturbing clicking noise and feels like someone is bulling my head off. Afraid to ride motorcycle or bicycle until I know what the %$**$% this is. Wondering about switching health care providers when renewals come up. Not too pleased with my current plan

Did they authorize the MRI right away? Or did they give you the, first you need an X-ray, than you have to do PT for several weeks, then try something else that doesn't work, then maybe we'll get you an MRI?

Blood tests to make sure kidney and liver can handle mass doses of Ibuprofen!! Rally, I have spent the last 2 years dealing with this BS. I'm venting here I'm sorry.

Sounds very familiar... in addition to the neck pain does the ache radiate up the back of your skull and around to your jaws?
I've had multiple MRI's, they just show what I already knew... disc degeneration + arthritis. They say that surgery (fusion) or "pain management" are my only choices... I'm not down for either.
I've tried a lot... from acupuncture, to chiropractor, to hypnosis.
I'm no doctor (as far as you know) but my recommendation is:
Sativa edibles
A *good* sports massage therapist.
