Post your best pussycat photos here! (FELINES ONLY!)

If you swap it out, they'll no doubt pick up on something you do care about, instead of that neat cat tree thing you buy them.

Bella was like that, we ended up buying her a chair solely for that purpose. She took to it, and we kept it until we lost her. I gave it away to a guy who had a MATCHING chair, he was going to get it reupholstered. Just glad to keep it out of a landfill.

Exactly. Our other 2 chairs are original quarter-sawn oak reclining Morris chairs. The fabric on them is nothing to write home about but they are in perfect shape, and I’d like to keep them that way.

We have a gigantic kitty tower that Eric made for Ajax and Athena back in the early 2000’s, but it’s been the front porch lookout for several years now and would need new carpet before it comes back in the house.

Wow, quite an undertaking and awesome photo

Thank you! We were pretty shocked to see all 4 of them sleeping so close together. We’ve never had 4 cats at a time, and it seems like the difference between 3 cats and 4 is way more than just 1 😄

We have some (uh...6? I think?) basic kitty towers. One of the one near the kitchen is a favorite for Georgie. He really digs into it.

I think we ordered some carpet samples from a website, get these 1 foot squares. We cut small chunks out of them and glue them back on over the...uh..."loved" spots. It's a haphazard ramshackle decor ethos, but it works.

He listened for 26 min the first time I played it - rested his face near the speaker. Fun to watch his ears adjust to all the changes

She wouldn't admit to it but I suspect she had something to do with shredding the roll of toilet paper I found in the closet and didn't have time to clean her face before I found it

No more cones of shame in this household! Sundae was out of control when she came home from the vet after getting spayed, some weird reaction to the drugs leading to a very long and stressful night. The soft cone I've successfully used on all kittens before her was adding to the danger she was putting herself in, so we didn't put it back on after she tore it off, and used a Suitical Recovery suit instead.

If at all possible, I will never use a cone again. This thing is great! It was easy to put on, but of course she immediately flopped over, thinking she was in some sort of miniature straight jacket :laughing I grabbed her favorite string toy and she forgot all about it! She can eat, drink, pee and poop with no issue, and wore it overnight. We take it off when we're hanging out with her and can keep an eye on her so that she can give herself a bath. She hasn't tried to mess with her stitches, which is good.

She's 5.1lbs and wearing size 3XS, the smallest one they make. I think she is looking very cute, like a little Beat poet in her black turtleneck! 🖤 And tacticool! :laughing

Found the inserts from the heated beds - I had dismantled everything after losing my OG - and the boys are very happy. Schmidt would like to request a catheter and bottle of Churu so he never has to leave.

WC, love foster panther mama.
Rhonda, Schmidt is a content boy.

It's been difficult keeping Sundae and Mercer away from each other. They can't stop playing, but when they're both mellow we let them be together and they love it! 😻

Sounds like a pretty outrageous presumption. More likely she discovered the mayhem by parties unknown before you, but hadn't quite got around to letting you know. Priorities and all.

Presumptuous but could only be the cat or the girlfriend. Had the cat washed away the clues after I might have accused the innocent.

I may get one of these Just In Case.

Bella DID NOT get along well with the Cone. In the past, Dini adapted right away, it didn't slow her down. But for Bella, it was awkward and torture.

So, I may grab one of these and put it in the kitty first aid cabinet.
