Yes, we think it’s great that they have become best friends. They are kindred souls…both strays that pretty much got abandoned at some point. They seem to need each other, and sleep together every night.

Mookie comes in the bathroom to wish me well every AM and then greets me every evening when I come down stairs. Then heads to the couch to watch me do PT.

And he will have to wait almost an hour for more love as I ride the bike for 20 minutes and do PT.
Last night he slipped under me as I sat on the bed and I had to get a hand down to stop my momentum from sitting on him. He was not happy with both a quick claw strike and a follow up bite.
Did not draw blood. My WTF bootie slap sent him away for a few minutes.
I am getting close to heading back up stairs but PT means we will be hanging for a while.
