Post your dog pics!

Dumb dumb dressed up for a vet app't.

He's blind in both eyes from cataracts.
My cat smacked him in the left eye a couple of weeks ago when he failed to notice the big black and white fluffy thing with claws in the middle of the floor. It dislodged the left cataract. Appointment is to determine if the eye needs to come out or if cataract removal can give him partial eyesight. Either way my credit card is going to hurt pretty soon, as both surgery options ain't cheap.

Pressure in the eye was slightly increased but not dangerous, he's got another follow up mid-October.
If I can put this off until next year (tax season), it would be ideal.

your dog is a silly goose.
If you only new...

One of the things:
On garbage day she'll follow me out to the street as I bring the 2 of the 3 bins to the curb. Happy girl, running around me, prancing, wagging her tail as she escorts me from the house to the street. For the last bin, she only walks to the end of the driveway, stops, stands motionless and waits. When one of my feet leave the street and touch the driveway...the fight is ON! She will do everything in her power to keep me away from the front door of the house. She'll jump on my chest and grab my wrists in her mouth. She grips hard enough that I can't easily pull my arm away, but never hard enough to break the skin or call it a 'bite'. Wagging her tail the whole time.

I never trained her to do this, she came up with it on her own. It doesn't matter which bin is the last bin, and she only does it with me, not the wife or the kid.

Joy does the same thing with grabbing my arm by the wrist and leading me in different directions. Her brother is much more serious.

Joy and Tracker have been up north for almost a week with "dad." They came home today, when Joy grabbed my forearm and led me to the shop I thought of Zora, and that this is likely how she greats Enchanter.

Taking Max out to patrol his territory... his back legs are kaput. :nchantr

I know his back legs being kaput fucking sucks but you are such a good Dog dad. :love

Sending kisses to his cute face and a hug to you.

Max is gone now.
He went to sleep surrounded by us and his favorite toys.
Our hearts are broken.
It will never be the same around here.

. Gods showing angels his creation; Man. Angels were puzzled . God said Look what he can do!
Genesis 2:19-20, God demonstrated Adam's unique abilities by bringing the animals to him to see what he would name them. " and whatever Adam called them became their name.
… they got to dog: Named them Kelev.
The Hebrew translation of Dog/ Kelev meaning “all Heart".

• kelev is a contraction of the Hebrew words kulo ("all") and lev ("heart"), meaning "all heart".

Your story with Max was great, heartbreaking.

Thanks to all. We are truly devastated.
In 11.5 years there was only one night that the 3 of us didn't sleep in the same room/tent/trailer. Because i'm a bit of a recluse, and my wife still works, i've spent more time with Max than anyone else, by far. The only place i don't take him is doctor appts. Max was the reason we stopped riding... because we always wanted to take him with us... everywhere. I can't count how many times i've said "if Max can't go, I'm not going!" He was absolutely the most chill dog i have ever encountered. Everyone that met him, loved him... big and mellow. He'd let a group of school kids pull his ears and maul him, and he'd just stand there and sigh. Zero fucks given for other dog's barking, fireworks, gun shots... no reaction. He'd just look at me and i could direct him with my eyes. So fucking smart! (smarter than a lot of people i know) I absolutely loved every minute i spent with him. I don't even know how to start getting over this. The house is just empty and hollow now.😭
There will never be another Maximus, he was larger than life... a true gentle giant. He was my best friend and I will never forget him! :Port
:love
