Yesterday I brought both dogs to my stepmother’s. She loves Joy but has always been on the fence with Tracker. He’s a big boy, with big paws, and looks like a small wolf.
He was a very good guest and won her heart.
He followed someone off the property to the highway and has been missing for a few days. We just got him back. Luckily, someone nearby who works at an animal clinic picked him up and kept him cozy with her other two small dogs.
How can we keep him from doing that? We won't tie him and an outdoor kennel might be needed. Or we thought of a shock collar, but it's all mean. He's been an outside free running boy for 7 years.
