The factory lower fairing is good, but I saw one on a Euro-SV, it looks even better. Maybe someone knows what I mean and have a link/pic.

As for the frame slider mounts, it still sucks on the factory fairing. The side mount for the fairing has this offset bracket that extended and curved back from the chassis bolt. I thought about mounting the frame slider on top of it after cutting a hole through the fairing, but I'm not sure about that solution.

The other way is I've seen people mounting a shorter frame slider right on the fairing, at the end of the bracket. I have doubts about how strong it is. I get the feeling it'll bend right on the bracket on impact.

I'm sure there are solutions for this. But bottom line is I wish Suzuki can design it better. Maybe on the next SV? :)
Not sure if you meant the Eurobikes lower fairing (or did you mean just a Euro SV:confused.) I originally ordered the Eurobikes fairing.. it didnt fit so i sent it back.. very disappointing.

I just got my factory lower fairing put on the other week.. thanks to Ezekiel:thumbup.. it looks sweeet! I have not put back on the frame sliders yet. For everyone that told me that you could just drill through the fairing for the motor mount frame sliders ... umm nooo! Just as i thought.. you cant do that as it is way too close to where the offset bracket is bolted is right on the edge of the fairing. I was wondering why no one had actually done that yet..duh! We are going to just bolt them on where the OEM fairing 'protectors' are supposed to go..in front of the bracket.. not as sturdy but better than nothing i suppose. actually the bracket is nice and beefy so it night be alright!

:p I've got black satin Holeshot highmounts in the mail as well as flushmount turn signals paint matched with the black. More blackness to follow!

I know what you mean about the frame slider's mounts on the fairing. Right now I just pray that I don't drop the bike.

I wish I could post up the pic. It was something I remember seeing when I was researching before I bought the bike. It was on a blue SV650S, even cleaner than the factory. It has a couple extra air holes on the side.

If anyone recall seeing one, please post. :)

I haven't scrolled up yet, but here's one from www.SV650.org

:) I'll take some over the weekend. Monday Im taking her down to Bike World and having Ray put on the lowering links my bro bought me for me b-day. I got my real riding boots now.. Daytona LadyStars but I cant even tiptoe in them :( I didnt want to use the lowering links but I cant keep riding in my Gene Simmons boots either :p

Does anyone know if they make a more narrow seat for the SV or a way you can modify it to make it more narrow? I already replaced the foam and put in closed cell 1/2 in foam but I want to make the seat even more narrow so i can get more inseam heigth.
