For the SV, you have to get the CRG clutch perch (they don't make a lever) and for the brake side you can use the GSXR lever.

Yep. Easiest way is to get one of those splicing clips and cross the two wires as I've done below. For a more secure (albeit somewhat irreversible) connection, you can also cut the two wires together and solder them. (The clips are known to get a little loose over time.)
