article says wire wheels are optional

Love LOVE LOVE Em. The BMW especially.

They aren't Scramblers in the off road dirt sense, but they Are street bike sweet.

Just what some of the hard surfaced back roads in my area, want.

Hey, does anyone know if I can get it with wire wheels? :twofinger

Wire you asking?

I give the Guzzi props for being a more retro design. But the Beemer would be my pick, assuming the rear subframe/seat options include a comfy one, with side bag racks.

Don't get the BMW exhaust, it's a two-one-two, for what purpose, besides cosmetic? :rolleyes

No obvious pillion seat, no pillion pegs, looks like a very narrow seat.

Ok, got it. It's a hipster/poseur special.

Uh yeah, that's the point. Go back to reviews of the 70s ones; it was always form over function to sell trendy bikes to trendy people.

Exhaust looks like they were trying to copy the classic CL350 exhaust. The article mentions a swappable subframe for different seat options, guessing that means 'more comfortable and less showy'. I'm not a new bike guy, but if they offer an option for side bags (and an exhaust that tucks behind them), this will definitely be on my roadster touring used bike list in a few years.

:laughing

Go for it. :thumbup

I'd prefer an RT or a K16GTL to that, but it's your choice. :party

Guzzi looks sweet, but as a limited edition of 1,000 probably out of my price range.

Precisely my thoughts. :thumbup

I like the wheels and I still have a soft spot for a nice SS swingarm, but with all the tank and engine bulk at the front and nothing happening at the rear, it looks like one of those guys who works out his upper body extensively and never does anything with his chicken legs.
