Road Rage

That rider suffers from testosterone poisoning in a bad way...

And that accomplished what, exactly? Just fucking stop somewhere, and call it in. Tell them you have video. SMH. The rider was going way faster than the rest of traffic though and probably speeding himself. Genius...

The rider needs a lot of lessons on road positioning, lines, common sense, lane discipline, common sense and common sense.

there's a lot of things wrong with that video (editing, stupid actions by both rider and driver) but i thought the funniest part was that the drivers hair matched his car paint and interior trim accents :cool

Testosterone?

Reminded me a little boy who gets a girl naked for the first time and then doesn't know what to do with her.

btw, isn't actually legal (although never appreciated) for a car to pass a bike in the same lane?

Nope! You need to take driver's test again! :teeth

Stay in your lane.
Motorcycles are legally entitled to their own lane of traffic. In no situation are you allowed to drive your automobile in the same lane and in close proximity to a motorcycle. No matter how small these vehicles are or how much extra room that there appears to be, sharing a single lane with a motorcycle is a recipe for an accident and illegal.

So a motorcycle can lane share but a car can't? Got a CVC cite? Not saying the cager was not a doosh noozle.

I am very interested in this.
From time to time I'll split past a car only to have the car decide to *return the favor* and attempt to *crowd me back*.
It's never a big deal. It just prompts a "fuck-you" look back and then I just put another car between us but it displays a rather unsavory attitude from the driver.

I agree. I have some drivers do this, but as long as they do it predictably and well I never care. Possibly because I know that I will be putting some distance between the very quickly.

1. Moto rider was annoying.
2. Car driver needed to be beaten
3. Sharing is sharing. Can go either way. But not at 70 plus. That was not legal in any way, shape or form.

That was annoying

Can you quote the DMV code? Thanks.
