yeha your on point with that.that bus ride sucks!!!!i almos bought a water cooler to put in the bus.but its kinda close and there cool.hmmm,
yes, the bus ride story.after a sweet jump we went to get in the bus and someone saw we had a realy low tire."hmmm?what should we do?i know,lets leave half the jumpers behind<110 dry heat,no water,no cell,ect>.i dont know how but i wound up in the bus going 50mph down a two lane road. BANG,no more tire and the driver SLAMES on the brakes,we all yell and i pray<no seatbelts,top heavy bus,jackass driver>.the end of my day and the begining of my drinking,from now on i think im gona call a cab....

9000 feet? what you pull at 6000 as a tandem? i wouldn't recommend jumping at 9k. These are tandem jumps you priced out, right?

yeah, 9k sucks alot. let's not even offer that as a choice :hand
 
Actually, you would be surprised how many dropzones do their tandems at 9 or 10K, even if they advertise 12K. The wuffo (newbie for skydiving) would never know the difference and they save on fuel. I always thought that was totally uncool. At least Davis puts the options right out there.

Tandems open at 5K and most would not notice a difference, but yeah, I totally agree that 12K is better. Davis is also home of the 18000 foot tandem! which we could totally do to. Is there any interest in this? I think when we have a date, I will ask how many 9Ks,12ks, and 18ks, and get the best prices. I could ask now what the price break would be on these.

I'm in. Higher is better. Jumped once before near Chicago at 13K almost 10 years ago. Think its about time to go again...

I've been twice, once strap-on to the pro, once solo.

Somtimes I get the rush come to me like a drug flash back and I want to go... The only problem is that its like 'thowing money out of a plane'
 
Rates and Dates!

Hey Guys!!! I got us a GREAT deal! Now we just need to pick a date! We need to look at the forecast though, this weekend sucked. The only dates we can not do is April 16-17. Were you guys thinking April? May? We will ride up, jump, party :Port , and then camp out! You don't have to stay if you don't want but it's a lot of fun:) We can ride up saterday and have some people jump sat and some sunday? Let me know your thoughts.
