BARF definition of squid = NGATT, or any variation thereof that's not ATGATT. Not mine, but this dude's got helmet, jacket, boots, gloves, and jeans instead of shorts, so he's pretty well not a squid by BARF standards.
Even if it's an old guy on an old guy bike, they can still be a squid by BARF rules, just look back to the leather-clad Harley riders with their half-dome helmets in this thread.

Took my daughter for a drive, to get her to fall asleep. We eventually made our way into WNC where I stopped off at a park to have a smoke while she slept.
I giggle when this gentlemen walked up to his bike. As he was about to take off, he clicked down into first and stalled the bike. I am not sure if he had put is kickstand down or something, but I think that's what caused it. He was mumbling about god damn safety features, obviously embarrassed. I didn't manage to look up from my phone, for fear of laughing.
