last time i checked, it was no neck tattoos besides the back and no visible tats in PT clothes/uniform.... thats why im doing mine so high up on my upper left arm/shoulder

Check out State of Grace in San Jose - they are very big into traditional Japanese tattoos. Got mine done there and they do fantastic work. I'll try to post up pics soon. The wait to be seen can be quite long, but well worth it.

and SJ does have a lot of tattoo artists that are great with Asian tattoos...my tattoo artist is pretty big on doing Asian art and theres also Khuong from Brave Heart who also has a good rep with Asian tats

If your goal is a commission, you will probably want to hold of on the tats until you get your butter bar.
