Total with touch ups 40 hrs. i had a couple of pieces prior to this and had them all tied together.
Kim yours is coming along :thumbup when do you think you will be done. Mine took just over 1 year from first sit down to final touch up. If my pockets wer fat it would have been done sooner but you know how that is.

I don't know anyone at Forever Tattoo. Mine are in no way traditional. I think it is best to find someone you gell with if you know what I mean. Someone who likes doing the style and elements you want. Have a few sit downs prior to even setting up seat time. Make sure you have plenty of references/ pics of styles and designs you want. I had a few pieces here and there that I wanted all tied together with some other elements that have meanings to me.
 
you can just google tattoo parlors around your area and check out the yelp on it or go on their site and view their work

Its on my left forearm. It looks way better in person. My new phone is too poor to have a camera... and so am I
 
ahha nice...i wanted to get a sleeve done but its a huge no-no for the Air Force....so if anything, im gonna get a 1/4 sleeve thats high up on the shoulder and wraps to my back and then finishing it later on...

still working on the design for that one :teeth

Check out State of Grace in San Jose - they are very big into traditional Japanese tattoos. Got mine done there and they do fantastic work. I'll try to post up pics soon. The wait to be seen can be quite long, but well worth it. :thumbup
