To wit one has to ask, "What's missing".

It's not as if "the big guys" haven't heard or seen glimpses of this demo already. At this level, there's no secret here. So, Google and Apple (even Facebook) have had time to evaluate and likely purchase these guys already, but haven't.

So, why not?
 
Because they have to wait and see how the public receives them. See if they can keep up with the pressure of updating, evaluations, etc.
 
Thanks! It's been 10years in the making and what the company was really about. SoundHound was really just the money maker to get people to invest. When the ceo had this idea it was way ahead of its time.

This has been kept under wraps for a long time. While I don't know specfics i don't think we want to get bought.
 
Of course they do. Just hoping for a different out come that benefits everyone and not just the investors and big wigs. :)
