Neil Tyson is awesome. Sadly he's one of the few scientists willing to put up w/the general public's idiocy, & talk to us about big things =in a layman's way so we can understand it & we will not feel he's talking down to us. Most scientists are not good communicators w/the general public it would seem; excluding Steven Hawking, Tyson, & a few others....

No scientists have been able to do that since Carl Sagan & the famous Documentary series "Cosmos." One I really loved (I'm sure you can find a few episodes in the public domain by now.) RIP Carl. :rose

If you haven't seen it yet, the movie "Contact" starring Jodie Foster was dedicated to Carl Sagan's saga. Good movie, I highly recommend it...
