The Grand Tour

I'd love to see a collaboration or competition between May/Hammond/Clarkson and Adam/Jamie from myth busters though. Make it like a special episode of garage wars or something. Difference being that adam and Jamie actually do their own work and builds and I don't think the grand tour guys do much if any of the actual building, but...

Do these guys actually build their own buggies? I can't see CLarkson having much of anhand in it...though he's clearly quite handy when he needs ton be.

"I have mended something!" (/ porsche)

On the old show many of the weird vehicles were built by Edd China of Wheeler Dealers which I actually prefer to Top Gear or the Grand Tour.

I kind of miss the cheap car challenges

was funny to see them spend less on a classic Supercar than it costs of Ferrari F355 to get an engine out service.

Edd is a talented dude, that's cool too know. I enjoy wheeler dealers when he is on screen, can't stand the other guy.

I have the Finland episode on deck for tonight. :thumbup

I enjoyed the Italy GT episode with the Rolls, Aston, and Hellcat. :p

I think the game racing driver should just be a different pro racer each week. Handicap the times they set with their relative abilities somehow. The whole American / communist thing is just....ehhhhhh. Seems too forced and he overdoes it too.

Well. I like the new NSX...but wtf at being in Germany and having barely anything from Germany on the show? Forget that stupid Mercedes / rover contraption, show me more of the Porsche, R8, SLR, and German roads and stuff in Germany! Am I the only one thinking each episode should incorporate more of petrol-related things IN the location they're at with the tent?

They still need a real Stig replacement and more car reviews and comparisons.
I think there are some specific aspects of Top gear they're not allowed to copy/borrow.

I've been watching some old episodes. Some good car reviews and final laps times with a serious pro driver is a missing element. They have discounted the quality of the final lap times by making a big American joke out of Mike Skinner. Skinner is probably a fine racer but he's not known for roadracing. You need the seriousness of real tests to offset the high jinks of the filmed segments.
