The Home Grower's Thread

So the magical butter basically turns buds and trim into concentrates of 3 kinds:

- Fat/Oil based like butter or cooking oil or coconut oil
- Alcohol-based like tincture which can be heavily reduced or distilled into cannabis oil which is super strong think like cancer patient medicine.

I used a tiny container of the oil to make the 600 gummies. So based on how you want to store the THC you have a lot of choices. We can also turn some into kief or hash.

I'm making the executive decision to start flushing the Train Wreck. They still have some nute water left then will water with the cleaning agent and some R/O water.

Help.

I duct clamped the end of the exhaust hose to a 6" extender and then had to duct tape that to the exhaust hole. it won't stay up from the air pressure. What about drilling holes in the extender and then screwing that to the garage door?

But, you have a hole in the garage door and are trying to attach the ducting to it? If you can push the ducting through the hole a little bit, then you can screw pretty much anything into the side of the ducting on the outside of the garage and it won't pull inside..if that makes sense and if I'm understanding the problem.
 
Maybe a couple holes on the end of the ducting and a couple tie wraps around the grate?

So in my short term experience with soil vs. cococoir, the soil dries out much faster and I can tell when the plant needs water because the leaves start to droop.

THe Ghost Train Wreck is doing amazing looks and smells great and has less than a week until harvest.

The guy who bought my LEDs sells mature clones that are ready to switch to flour immediately I wonder if it's worth the money vs. growing from seed.
 
It is interesting how it affects people. I suppose I'm pretty cliche when stoned. I know a guy that gets all amped up to the point of being manic when high. I think it might be like ADD medicine where if does X if you're one way, but Y if you're another way. No idea what the "way" actually is though.
 
You're saying you want to water plants that are getting physically hard to access? Wanna do a little automated setup? If not you can essentially make a beer bong kind of thing with a small reservoir attached to a hose with a valve that you operate manually. I'd vote automated just because it's fun and good to go through the process of setting up. The knowledge is very scalable too.
 
I have a watering wand attached to a 1 gallon but it's annoyingly slow.

I use a D cell powered water pump right now in a 5 gallon water jug.
