Unlikely (but tasty) food combinations...

-salty shrimp paste and green mango
-smoked salmon w/banana cream pie
-kettle popcorn and hot sauce
-salami and strawberry cream cheese

I like salty sweet combos.
 
Not exactly super tasty, but I have been known to put jelly on white rice after eating said rice plain for weeks running (no soy sauce or any other more appropriate things available)

Pancakes with a pile of BBQ (pulled pork) and sauce on top. Gotta cook the pancakes over a pat of butter so they get a little crispy though.

Every time we make some BBQ, we do this the next day with the leftovers. Its way good.
 
I think nearly every combination mentioned so far requires some of this afterwards :laughing

popcorn and milk duds if you want to be like Katie Holmes in "First Daughter". It seems like a good combo in theory....the food, not the movie :D.
 
Yogurt + cereal, no milk. Works best with cheerios or rice krispies.

Nutella goes well with many things. Pretty much anything you'd eat with peanut butter, substitute nutella for the peanut butter and you get instant win.

Also, not an original idea, but the bacon + cheese fries appetizer at Outback is delicious.

Oooh or cold pancakes with peanut butter and jelly. PB&J except with pancackes as bread :)
 
popcorn with Chamoy :love and I put salt, lemon juice and chili powder on my fruit. It is especially good on watermelon & honey dew

Make sure the gummy bears are room temp and the popcorn is hot so they get kinda mushy and blend with the popcorn. :drool

The dude at the movie theater laughed at me when I bought a bag of gummy bears and promptly asked him to dump them in with the popcorn and kinda mix em up. :laughing

What can I say, I like being creative with food. :thumbup
 
I make deep fried, banana infused, soft pretzel with a butterfinger-like milk chocolate covering. I'm perfecting the recipe I discovered when I was stoned in college one day.
