3/4/13 Update
Well in some respects we're farther along than I had hoped for, in others, we are still behind. Such is the nature of amateur motor sports, where budgets are what the wife tells you it is, and after your chores are done around the house.
In 1650PP:
The Motor is re-assembled, in the cradle on the Dyno. All wired up ready to go, we have a short in the Alternator circuit and almost melted our very expensive harness. Not good. More custom work needed on splicing and water/salt proof connectors. Arrrggghhh.
In 1350BF:
Almost all fixed and new components are carted ready for re-assembly. A little more head work and some gear stuff for the tranny is what's left on the engine core. Still working on charge temp reduction stuff and some crazy ideas for that. Not sure yet about the Subframe and our final bodywork either.
In 1000SC-P:
I'm still sorting through Willie's outfit. He had a lot of spares and stuff. I have a new harness design in my head I need to breadboard up. Wizard aint looking at the motors yet until the 1650 is off the dyno and the 1350 is sorted.
Our team has applied for a couple new Sponsors (component based). I feel pretty good about our program so far, and also happy with my personal weight still going down (I'm 20#s lighter so far

arty) and the workout regime will step up more until May comes. We just need to get into the season early, get points and dominate a record or two.
I'm looking for a volunteer on the 1000cc Buell Pushrod stuff. Needs to be intimate with tear apart of the early 1000cc and has own machinist measuring tools to help sort parts in spec. The volunteer will work also with our builder fetching and learning race motor assembly practices. PM me for more details. This is a 4x Record Holding bike, and we plan on carrying the legacy into 2013/14.
