Agreed, losing a very good bench player to the Clippers has come back to haunt us. :p

ha...nice end-around. So, you're done with lauding your big spoon Barnes now? :p

'we' are 11-2. nothing has come back to haunt them.

With Barnes the Warriors were 13-0 not 11-2. :x

Been hoping the Warriors can repair their formerly stifling defense. Thankfully, out of all the new names added to the team this year not named Durant...the rook has been the most surprising.

:laughing Barnes also played in 13/14, when they went 8-5. so clearly, they are a better team without him.

and the league MVP in that season?

give you 3 guesses, and it's your own fault if you say Barnes twice, haha

Heh, first round playoffs Warriors v. Lukers is possible. Speaking of Lukers, Wednesday night, payback time.

I'm tired of watching them play all these injured teams and sub-500 teams. I want to see the Clippers, Rockets, etc. Xmas day it's on like Donkey Kong!

From the 2nd thru the 4th quarter, that friggin' scrub Kevin Love only scored 6 pts for the Cavaliers tonight as they drubbed the Blazers.

Of course, him scoring an NBA-record 34 pts in the 1st quarter means he finished with 40 pts for the game. :laughing

NBA record first quarter, you mean, not NBA record quarter.

Loving the revenge game against the Lukers. That Steph-Dray-JaVale lob brought a tear to my eye it was so beautiful.

Edit to add: Who's laughing at McGee now? Speculation is Kerr is saving his minutes for Clippers (Jordan), Hawks (Howard), and the like.

53 field goals. 47 assists.

That's fucking ridiculous.

I guess the stat is correct for scoring 34pts in a '1st quarter' but Klay still has the record for points in a quarter at 37 points.

Lebron and Kyrie got mad and stopped passing him the ball AND the Blazers decided they probably should guard him. Highlights of the game show him wide open on the 3 point line the entire 1st quarter.

Yes it's a record for most points in the 1st quarter, Klay still has the overall record.

Love sets an NBA record and still LeBron has a triple-double. That dude is good or something.

Lakers got served a cold dish of revenge. ;)

Man, I'm not here screwing up your thread with Cavs talk. Least you could do is actually tell the truth and not spout bullshit.

Nobody is 'mad' when a player is hot - you *feed* him the ball... which is exactly what Lebron did. Of all of the superstars in the NBA right now, Lebron is not, and never has been what you would call a ball hog. He wants to win at any costs, and has a stellar passing game to help facilitate those victories.

Love wasn't left wide open - the Cavs offense *created* those openings.

New season, bro. Get over the bitterness of your loss last year.

No ones bitter Kes. Did you watch the game? Love was camped on the 3pt line with a defender no were within 4 feet of him. He had 34 in the FIRST quarter and ended with 40 points in the game.... 6 points in 3 remaining quarters cuz he wasn't getting fed the ball AND cuz the Blazers started guarding him.

How's that 149pt Warriors game with 47 assists?? Broke a record for assists in a game I think.

Broke the franchise record for most assists.

is the Faithful still freaking out, even after 15-2?

Doesn't this season feel weird? Seems like the NBA hoopla has sorta fizzled out.

With 17 teams a paltry .500 or worse, the whole league looks awful...there are more losing teams than winning teams. WTF!

Superteams, man.

Warriors are going to have a harder time pulling that off next year when Steph demands full payment.
