Which Problem(s) Caused This Crash

to much front brake whatch his front end dip and the suspension never goes back up he trail braked to far and no skills

I just don't get it. I sit here watching the videos and I can't figure out how somebody can suck ass so bad. I'm so tempted to ride there just to see the spot for clarity. Every video seems like the riders are stuck in Limp mode.

People fall within a 15 mile radious of Alice's every single weekend.

Lack of skill. Speed too slow. Unknowns are tire pressure and suspension set-up. I'm gonna say that the bald tire had little to no influence on lowsiding.

Between what I assume are 5-10 crashes per month, there are probably thousands of riders who successfully navigate that turn, whether they are dragging knee or just putting along.

exactly.

Used to ride that road on an average of once a month over a period of 12 years. Never even took note of that turn. Didn't seem any different than others in the Santa Monica mts or hwy 33.

My personal favorite - and another guard rail crash...

I don't know whether to be amused or terrified. :dunno

Guy changes his lean angle and attack posture multiple times in one corner. Accident waiting to happen.

I'm amused! There's another thread about a "tsunami" of "dangerous" old drivers hitting the roads. I'm yet to see one driver or rider in this thread that looks a lick older than 30.

Didn't read all the posts but, yes, highly suspicious. (I know that corner very well)

Its like the bermuda triangle only for bikes and cars.:laughing Cant let the ships and airplanes have all the fun.
