I’m 20 minutes into season 4 and want to buy a Ram truck now and move to Wyoming.

Intense episode so far.

I dunno, streets look kinda dangerous up there!

First episode was pretty good, second one is all catch up and kind of slow. Waiting for next week.

I did drive a Ram across Wyoming for my summer in the Black Hills and had no life threatening issues.
The truck did die outside of Grand Junction, three weeks to repair
But,
I stayed out of Montana :teeth

Threw TV away in 2016. Subscribed to Peacock to watch World Cup. Cup over. Poked around Peacock. Saw Yellowstone. Got sucked in. Binge-watched last 2 weeks from Season 1 middle of Season 4.

I like mostly. Got some annoyances.

Likes:

• Cowboy culture
• most of the cinematography
• choice of Ram trucks for the ranch
• Lever action rifles
• Rip Wheeler
• Mo

Dislikes:

• goddamn Monica is a frickin’ whiner
• Monica actress pulled an Elizabeth Warner, her character should’ve have been killed off
• Beth character was cute as a psycho early on but now tiring
• Why did John give girl names to Jaime and Kayce?!?!
• Too much Sheridan doing horse things. I get it, you can ride.
• Script is basically clichés, one liners, euphemisms, etc. Reminds me of Tarantino - tries too hard.

Yeah, Sheridan bought a $200M ranch and I can’t… so…

Looking forward to catching up and binge-watching the spin offs.

Maybe I’ll post a thread on cowboy boots.

And join all the other CA doofuses in Bozeman aka Bozangeles? 1883 was worth the watch. Not really liking 1923 as of yet...

I seriously want Beth to die or somehow be removed from the show. She's so goddamn tiring to watch get away with bloody EVERYTHING. The whole dynamic between her and Jamie, blaming basically a fucking kid for having the courage to do what he thought was right and continue to hold that grudge against him for the rest of his life is simply tiring to endure. Let it fucking go. She's just as evil as he is.

I decided to not watch this season. While last season, literally, opened with a bang, it died out quickly. The entire sub plot about the cowboy in Texas was a snoozer. I also didn't like how they took out that one character from the season before just right off the bat.

And, yea, Beth is .... Beth. And the whole adoption thing with the son, yea, no thanks.

First 2 seasons were pretty good. 3rd season fell apart. Not interested enough in the 4th.

I wasn't about to subscribe to another streaming service for the prequel.

In the end, I'd rather watch Longmire re-runs.

I just cancel Hulu until I'm done with the prequel, then switch off Paramount+ and switch back to Hulu.

I’m invested in this goddamn show deeper than a camel’s asshole is high.

Gonna binge till I’m caught up. Or maybe I’ll just youtube some of the recs in the Holiday Inn thread. Fuck, I meant the best western thread.

Just finished binging season 4 of Yellowstone. Then I watched S1 E1 Longmire but got bored 5 minutes in. I’d rather drop an anvil on my left nut than binge 63 goddamn episodes to catch up.

I still can't figure out how to watch the prequels. I seem stuck on episode 1. I'm pretty sure we subscribed to Paramount+ too.

If you're subscribed to Paramount+, there's a separate app for it on smart televisions.

The wife watches it and I've watched several episodes. It's pretty entertaining sometimes, like the one with the bikers. The whole thing is a little funny though, with how many emo problems all these hardened cowboys have. It makes me think, if you could somehow create a tv show to illustrate the dichotomy with how thick-knuckle super tough car guys turn into complete louis vuitton fashion queens at every new model release, then this is what you'd end up with.

I want to see Jamie kill her slowly and painfully.

Haven’t seen it. Probably won’t. I’ll add it to my queue but I’ve got quite a bit to get through before I even bother.

First time I’ve even heard of it was before the premiere of this season. Every single commercial break on paramount channel, there was an ad for it.

Just watched S5 E2.

Its come to the point where I’m scrubbing through Monica’s scenes. God damn whiner. Does she even fucking cook?

Lastly, I’m nearly done with Beth. That character is getting boring.

Recommend S1 - S2 then move on.

Kayce should’ve shitcanned the whiner for pouty-lip stripper.
