This will never stop, they can't afford to buy the land for preservation so they try to use other tools available to prevent the public to access the 1 spot still left in CA where someone can legally drive on the beach if they aren't a lifeguard.

Agree 100% but the people in charge of this stuff are a big part of the problem. Coastal Commission/ Parks / Elected pricks etc then you get to the endless citizens intent on saving the earth from evil fun seekers.
