I eat a pb&j sandwich almost every day. That’s my nut intake
Sounds exceptionally delicious! Both of my sisters married Mexican gentlemen. My younger sister, whose husband passed away - that man filled a room with love wherever and whenever he entered - RIP David - had a mother in law, Maria, who also regrettably has passed on. RIP Maria, you beautiful lady.omg, dude - previously said come up here and we’ll take you to our fav sushi place, but mexican? we’ve got that nailed. can either take you to an AWESOME place, or eat in. chile colorado is one of my specialties. and is absolutely heavenly, if i do say so myself.
That’s absolutely nuts. How fucking crazy is that last paragraph.
It is.I put the seat down on the Surly and it was a bit comfier. I think it’s just a matter of getting it in the right position.
Describes my weekend. I finished mowing the yard Saturday and then used the tractor front loader as a scraper to get most of the grass cuttings onto the burn pile which wound up being pretty high the grass was tall. Sunday was moving about 100 pieces of retaining wall in prep for some concrete work. I also got in the paddle boat and put some dye in the pond to help keep the algae down. It was not as bad this weekend as I think the humidity was low and I was really trying to keep myself from getting heat exhaustion so drank a ton and when doing the retaining wall took a lot of short breaks in the house with AC. Sunday night lit the grass mound on fire and smoked a ciagr and had a delicious Rapsberry Shandy by Shiner Bock and had a long conversation with the wife about future projects while we made sure the fire didn't spread outside the burn space.I got through 4 rounds and had to stop splitting…it’s just way too hot.
)It is hot but the humidity went way down so it was way more tolerable than it has been for the last few weeks. I do miss the dry Cali heat though.@Sharxfan , your heat (major league) is in a whole other ballpark compared to our heat (pee-wee). That’s a solid bit of work you put in and it certainly counts as working out. Heck I’d try and milk that as a whole week of workouts.
Low blood sugar and low on salt? Was out walking today and 30 minutes in started feeling dizzy but kept going for another hour then worse when I finally got home, actually had to lie on the floor. Hadn’t eaten in 24 hours which isn’t unusual but suspected that might be related. Back to normal after some chilli and chips.
Lesson is eat more chilli or chips, however needs more data to narrow down which one.
